I am sitting here this morning correcting student letters and I thought I would share an example to help you along in your writing. If you look at the letter you will see that paragraphs 2 and 3 in the original need some reworking in terms of logical flow. It is always a good idea to group related information together in a paragraph, and to have a flowing narrative that does not confuse the reader. Also, you don’t need to list every detail, such as medications, or minor issues, they can be grouped together as you can see in the rewritten paragraph in bold.
I hope this helps, and if you need any direct writing assistance yourself then you can write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will answer as quickly as possible.
